If the traffic police suspects that someone has consumed alcohol, then the BAC test is done. This test is done through breath analyzer. If the level of alcohol in the blood exceeds 30mg/100ml, then it will be considered a violation of traffic rules. That is, the police will take action in the crime of driving after drinking alcohol.
